I would honestly give this place a 0. What a joke. The owners have no idea how to run a firm, nor treat their customers. Please, don't get ripped off by them. No need to waste your time. They won't return calls, nor respond to your questions. Not helpful at all. There are plenty of other well known agencies with a good reputation. Century 21? Maybe in 1970. Plus, they are super OLD; can't see or think well.
